Josh is 12 years old and is the lead guitarist in a UK rock band called "Khymera". "Khymera" had a half hour special on Thames Valley Television which was then shown 20 times, giving the band a full ten hours Television coverage.
Josh is influenced by the styles of many guitarists and his favourites are Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, Van Halen, Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Randy Rhoads, and Nuno Bettencourt.
As you can see from the photographs his other hobbies include inline rollerblading and yoyoing.
On 30th July, Josh was interviewed by BBC Thames Valley Radio. That evening he performed with "Kymera" at a three band event at Turnpike, Newbury. On Sunday 1st August, he performed live with his band once again, this time at an outdoor event in Victoria Park. Both events were a huge success.
A meeting was arranged by Bruno Brookes, who instantly recognised Josh's unbelievable talent, for Josh to play to "First Avenue Management" in London They were greatly impressed.
Josh now awaits news as to how his career will progress.
